BEE BROTHERS
Our story began with our parent company, Apiceuticals™, founded by the dynamic duo of Nikos and Billy Roumeliotis – two bee scientists who are as passionate about protecting the environment as they are about the well-being of their beloved bees.
As the Bee Brothers, Nikos and Billy manage over 1,000 beehives in the idyllic Greek region of Arcadia, where their bees pollinate a staggering 4 billion flowers each day.
THE BIRTH OF APISTRAWS
Reducing single-use plastic as part of our ongoing fight against environmental degradation
We knew that our work as beekeepers, as impactful as it is, is not enough to truly make a difference in our ongoing fight against environmental degradation. It was this realization that led us to use our expertise and passion to create Apistraws™, an independent initiative under the Apiceuticals™ umbrella, that is dedicated to reducing single-use plastics and providing sustainable alternatives for a better, more livable planet for all Earthlinks – humanoids and non-anthropoids alike – and their future generations.

OF GLASS STRAWS
At Apistraws, we believe that small actions can have a big impact. By offering sustainable glass straws as an alternative to single-use plastic straws, we hope to make a difference in the fight against plastic pollution, starting with the HORECA industry, where the majority of straws are consumed.
Our glass straws are not only better for the environment, but they also have numerous advantages over other sustainable alternatives such as paper, metal, and bamboo straws. They don't alter the taste of your drink and are more cost-effective in the long run. Plus, by choosing Apistraws™, businesses can increase their sustainability profile and show their customers that they care about the planet.

For more than 40 years, we have been saving the bees from a practical standpoint, implementing organic beekeeping practices and promoting overall earth and human well-being.
Thus far, we are staying true to the principles of health, ecology, and fairness towards the land and the bees.
Our mission doesn't stop at just reducing plastic. We are committed to sustainability in all aspects of our business, from the materials we use to our carbon footprint. We use recycled materials wherever possible and operate with minimal waste. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and do our part in protecting the planet for future generations.
